When adding your reference number, it would be great to add the carriers code too. It was a bit problematic trying to find Qatar's number.

Everything went well. Only problem was checking in online for return journey from Koh Samui. We could not do this with Bangkok Airways and BA weren’t much better; sitting at the back of the plane next to the toilets.
Holiday was excellent and everything was seamless. Hotels were excellent - one slight disappointment was the hotel in Krabi. While it was an excellent hotel it was a bit remote and we like to walk to restaurants and shops and had to use taxis.

Do not book guests into the Tamarind Village - the rooms are tiny, air con inefficient and the staff unfriendly. It is impossible to sit on the poolside beds or furniture as they are always 'reserved' with towels, but nobody using them and the staff doing nothing about it - I imagine this is what Benidorm must be like, though I have never been.
