BA was slightly more disappointing than I expected. Faulty earphone connection and food was basic and uninteresting. Not your fault

BA was disappointing. In the news today Japan is going to start vetting tourists and will be putting in place a visa process.

My flight to Tokyo was cancelled on 2 August which was disappointing because I had wanted to be there for my birthday 3 August to celebrate that I was born in Japan. I was told that British Airways would not pay for hotels and meals on second night even though the flights on day following the cancellation were full. That aspect of the experience was not favorable but everything else was fine.
I was recommended DialAFlight by a friend and was sceptical but I will definitely be using you guys again

BA flight home was delayed and I didn't get the seat I had booked and paid for, however this is something I have to take up with BA .
