You arranged assistance everywhere, which was great, except at Leeds, which was annoying! Flights were on time, planes were good, seating was fine, paperwork was easy. And I now know what ABBA means - anyone but British Airways. The flight back from Singapore, 14 hours, was essentially me sharing a double bed with a lady who was not my wife, partly separated by a short screen!
