The Wyndham Plaza Hotel At Kamloops was very disappointing. It is obviously a franchise operation and seemed very tired and unloved. The location was not very nice and the food was dire. I would recommend that you remove this hotel from any future bookings.

Was very impressed with the service from Craig. Nothing seemed too much trouble and he even managed to find me a flight which was £200 cheaper! Definitely will recommend to others, just as two separate friends did to me!

On reflection a direct flight to Calgary from Heathrow would have been a better choice. While the tours were very well organised most were 10 hours or more, so a day's rest between trips is needed as we are not as young as we used to be.

Brilliant holiday apart from small issue with Brewster travel. We found it frustrating confirming our pick up times and evidently this is a problem that's been encountered with other people.
