On reflection a direct flight to Calgary from Heathrow would have been a better choice. While the tours were very well organised most were 10 hours or more, so a day's rest between trips is needed as we are not as young as we used to be.
Lucy Macnab was amazing in sorting out alternative flights in what seemed a matter of minutes after the Air Canada fiasco. She was so supportive and caring in getting the best result for me.
Brilliant holiday apart from small issue with Brewster travel. We found it frustrating confirming our pick up times and evidently this is a problem that's been encountered with other people.
Taylor was helpful and prompt to deal with everything. Hotel in Banff was a bit dated and past its best - you could do with a more modern option there
Flights on time on all the journey
The flights were good, no delays. Very good experiance
Everything works well and Jack and his team are most efficient.
I asked Rupert for recommendations as usual and he gave me some ideas I had not thought about. All were great and made our holiday better - one of the best we have ever had
The hotels were adequate. Would have preferred better quality hotels, particularly at our last destination, in Victoria.
Couldn't check in online due to our booking not recognising our paid baggage allowance
We asked for assistance both ways. Our 90 year old Mum was dropped at baggage collections where she had to retrieve her own bag off the belt!
Great trip, everything worked brilliantly as always. I've been using DialAFlight for over 30 years and they never disappoint.
Would like to thank Phiiippa Wales for her outstanding service.
Superb holiday individually tailored for us. Shout out to Glen!
Lloyd was prepared to take time to find me the best deal pricewise and was polite and professional at all times. I appreciated follow up emails too.
Fantastic trip to Canada.
Overall, great booking experience and follow up. Shame the airlines can’t be as efficient as you. Two suitcases damaged which had to be replaced and 3 flight delays. But thanks for your professionalism.
All was smooth and trouble free
You take all the hassle out of the holiday
We had a wonderful time in Colorado and Canada. Sophie managed all our requests perfectly. Thank you!
Everything went to plan
Any concerns you have are quickly dealt with and nothing is too much trouble for the “DialAFlight “ guys. They are 100% helpful and a great company giving peace of mind to your holiday plans
Brad was brilliant and took a lot of stress out of the experince. He was quick to respond to queries, efficient and helped us to save money on our holiday
Despite last minute changes by the airline the team worked hard to rebuild our holiday
Our holiday to Canada and Alaska was fabulous, as was Jim Camahin in putting it all together for us. He dealt with my many itinerary changes and requests efficiently and quickly - including a last minute one whilst we were actually on holiday! I highly recommend them for your travel plans.
Very reliable as always
Nicole and team offer a friendly, effective service - can highly recommend
Really disappointed about the time it took to get a car when we arrived - this should be fed back to Avis
Excellent service
Excellent service as always. Highly recommended
