Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
Just great service. Plenty of communication and listened well to our requests. Had a fabulous time, we want to go back
Tom was great! He gave excellent choices and suggestions and we found those hotels were the beat choice.
I have dealt with Brody for a number of years and each time he has given me special attention. Our trip to Kefalonia was magical and we are already planning for next year.
Just a fantastic service with someone who is building a relationship with us and is beginning to know what we like.
Great itinerary. Had a lovely time. Will definitely book again in future.
Good service as always
Seat allocation on the plane was bad. In future I would pay a fee earlier to book seats. Also a mix up with rooms meant that certain members of the family could not eat breakfast with the rest in the same restaurant Overall it was a fantastic place and a great holiday
Everything went smoothly. Good human touch. Why go anywhere else?
Excellent service as always. Thank you
All ran smoothly thanks
Everything was good apart from the flight cancellation. Hotel very nice. Staff friendly.
Another great trip organised by the good people at DialAFlight. Can’t fault the service!
Excellent and most helpful
I always find DialAFlight very helpful and easy to deal with
Hotel Matabi ecellent for overnight and dead opposite the railway station. Very good advice to check in on receipt of tickets.
The outbound flight left an hour late and the inbound flight arrived an hour and a half late. The mobility assistance prior to departure was excellent. The assistance on return was a total shambles: 'Sorry mate, I finish at 8.00pm.' So I walked to Baggage Reclaim
Fraser was exceptionally helpful booking aisle seats both ways for me.
Callum did well for us, as always
Advance info about rental cars and Gibraltar would have enabled better pre-planning. Some of the hotels were severely lacking in basic services I.e. parking, a bar, room service. And as they were all 4star, some were 3 star at best.
As usual great service
Excellent as ever.
Excellent service from Jarvis as always. Great to have the check in call 24 hours before the trip
Excellent hotels in Rome and Germany but would not recommend Duca d'Este Hotel, Tivoli for single travellers. They prefer delegates to big conferences.
Ethan was extremely helpful. Planned everything perfectly and was easily available to speak to on the phone. A wonderful trip to the paradors of Spain!
Ian Newton is nothing short of a miracle worker. I regularly share his contact details with family and friends and was delighted to be able to use his professional knowledge and efficient services when I joined STM two years ago. Thank you DialAFlight!
Service is excellent but not very happy with the holiday location recommendation. The hotel was good but St Julian’s is very built up and it felt like a city break not a resort holiday
Tristan was great - as always - thank you so much
Always prompt and helpful replies to all queries. App extremely helpful while abroad, especially in flight check in procedures.
Every thing went perfectly!
Jeff is very helpful!
