Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
Great personal service.
DialAFlight always delivers a first class service and is always at the end of the phone whenever you need advice or help. I have recommended them on several occasions to friends and family. A big thank you to the team, especially Shelley
Always good with Darren
Always answered phone quickly. Excellent at reminders and links. Friendly and reassuring
The only thing was transfer from Orly to CDG on the way back - there is no transfer bus any more so you have to get the train/tube and change once - also the cases didn't go through all the way - you had to pick them up at Orly and then put them in again.
Always very prompt and professional service from Marshall Finnimore and his team at DialAFlight
Used DialAFlight for a few years now, never had a problem. We always do a group booking - all family members and longhaul. Ashley is always on the other end of the phone to advise no matter how big or small the enquiry.
The hotel was faultless - apart from a daily umbrella war as not all pairs of seats had an umbrella.
Always very helpful in finding what we need. Recommended you to many friends for both flights and holiday packages.
Everything worked out perfectly. Huge thanks go to Bobby for making all the arrangements and for his cheerful and efficient help throughout.
I recently had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from Andrew. His service was exceptional from start to finish. Your service was impeccable as always. Lufthansa lost the luggage again! Hotel was a bit hit and miss.
