Ivor Savage was excellent, did everything I asked.
The only problem I had was that DialAFlightt said I could check in 48 hours ahead and it was actually 24 hours - which caused some stress.
Next time I book can you offer help on how to get extra leg room seats? Otherwise service was fantastic

The Iran conflict threw our plans up in the air along with many thousands of fellow travellers. Tammy was able to secure new travel dates with a different airline on a different route. She arranged claims to Emirates and purchased new tickets with Cathay. We were so happy with the response we have already recommended DialAFlight to all our family, friends and fellow passengers. The turn round time at Singapore was tight. It was not easy to find the gate having transferred terminals. Suggest we need an app or map of the airport to track the required gate. Otherwise all went well.
