All flights and hotels were very good. Staff at all 3 hotels very helpful. Naumi Singapore was an excellent location, perfect for exploring the city either via public transport or on foot. Slightly odd "re-thought" room layout with sink island central in room outside loo and shower. Not sure it was an improvement really!

I was devastated when my return flights to the Philippines to visit my son were cancelled because of the Middle East crisis. I got in touch with DialAFlight - the first time I had used them for several years. I am so glad I did, as Marty found me an alternative on Singapore Airlines with a transit via the amazing Changi Airport. Everything was organised so swiftly, and the flights all went like clockwork.

DialAFlight, as always, provided an excellent level of service, for which I am very grateful. Unfortunately, our experience with Cathay Pacific at Heathrow was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard I would expect from an international airline. Several self-service check-in machines were not functioning and I had to request assistance. Regrettably, the ground staff repeatedly walked away while we were still trying to check in and appeared far more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting passengers.
