Some issues but, in general, the important arrangements went well.
Amelia quickly resolved a flight cancellation issue whilst I was on my trip which negated me having to spend time trying to do this myself.
We had a few issues and queries during our trip and Gregory always responded quickly and positively even when we were more than 6000 miles away and 8 hours ahead. He never let us down.

Would not travel to Penang or Pangkor Laut again but that’s nothing to do with you! The beach has washed away at Batu Ferringhi due to land reclamation in Georgetown but the biggest issue in both places is the pollution washing up on the tide line. I don’t like swimming in a sea of plastic bottles and bags!
Brandy was always very helpful and even called before the trip to check everything was going well. Excellent service and completely satisfied
Cannot fault DialAFlight who were very good. The only negative about the experience was the first hotel in Kuala Lumpur was not to the standard that DialAFlight normally provide.

We loved our holiday to Malaysia organised by Chris and Jonathan. They organised good flights and excellent hotels
When you check in for the joint BA/QR flight from KUL to LHR, you can't check in online on the BA app. We got to KUL with 3 hours to go and joined a massive queue, but a Qatar staff member plucked us from obscurity and took us to a machine where we checked in and got boarding passes - and then we got to go to a smaller queue to bag drop. All flights were on time.
Whilst your service is good, can't say the same for some of the BA staff on flight out.

Three weeks in Malaysia which involved a few transfers. Everything worked out perfectly, the flights, transfers, hotels and information from DialAFlight. Excellent service (as usual).
Due to family crisis and issues, I had to amend my flight dates. Both Karl and Joe were extremely helpful and made it all possible. Excellent service.
