As I had a two centre holiday I wanted to deal with a person rather than a machine. Jed was excellent sorting my flights and arranging the short hop flights also required. It meant I didn't have to check in each time and baggage was just transferred. He also dealt with all my questions and supplied contact details in case of emergency. The service was top notch

We were happy with tour although it was very busy and tiring. We have given feedback to company about slotting in some rest time.

The two connecting flights with Swiss were really poor. Heathrow -Zurich flight one hour thirty minutes late and no update on why and how long would the delay be. Zurich to Heathrow overbooked and late again with no explanation. So called Swiss efficiency gone wrong

Excellent customer service throughout

Unfortunately I had a problem with my flights and transfer which was no fault of DialAFlight. I contacted Elliot to advise him and his response was immediate! His advice and service was brilliant - I was then able to enjoy my holiday

My only complaint is the lack of hot beverages which left us feeling dehydrated by the end of the flight

This holiday was very last minute as Malaysian Airlines had cancelled our flights and in effect our holiday. Gino did a tremendous job in finding us a very similar holiday in the same area with just two weeks notice. Very impressed. Great service, great app to help you through everything, even tips on which taxi company to use.
