Any changes to flights, of which there were a few, were swiftly communicated to me with solutions. Communication was extremely good by email and by phone. There was also excellent liaison with our agent at Natural High. I would absolutely recommend you without hesitation

Billy Gardner was in constant contact when our flights were delayed and cancelled. He ensured that alternative flights were organised so we made the connection for our safari! I previously thought I could make bookings myself more cheaply so I was pleasantly surprised when you actually came out at exactly the same cost and in some instances cheaper

I was bumped from my pre-booked aisle seat from Addis to Manchester into the most uncomfortable window seat ever. Not DialAFlight fault. Also diabetic meals were poorest on any flight
