All of your arrangements were excellent - as they have been on past occasions. Your provider let you down in one respect when, on the first game drive the vehicle provided was obviously in need of attention (or scrapping) and on the second game drive the appointed uniformed guide was of very poor standard or ability.

Our flight was suddenly cancelled at 11:30pm at night and the after hours support was outstanding. They rebooked us and dealt with all hotel and transfer communications.
