Your holiday begins today as you arrive at Cancun’s International Airport and transfer to your hotel.

Day 2
Cancun / Tixkokob
Today you'll head to Tixkokob, with a stop en route at Ekbalam's archaeological site, built from 700 to 1000 AD. Here you'll be able to admire the Plaza Central with its three ceremonial sculptures, including the main pyramid, known as La Torre. Next you'll pay a brief visit to the city of Valladolid, the Yucatan’s second biggest city, founded in 1543 by Francisco Montejo, before continuing to your hotel in Tixkokob.

Day 3
Tixkokob / Temozón
This morning's first stop is at Dzibilchaltun, an ancient city founded around 600 BC. Here you'll be able to admire the impressive El Templo de las Siete Muñecas before you depart for Temozón.

Day 4
An early start this morning as you head off along the "Convent Route". Your first stop is at the 16th-century convent of Tecoh, built on top of an old Mayan pyramid. Next you'll visit the walled city of Mayapan, before continuing to Chuyamel, where the famous Book of the Chilam Balam was found. Your next stop is Mani, whose name means "everything is over" in Maya, an important town in pre-Hispanic history, and finally on to Oxkutzcab, an important centre for fruit production and home to a lively and colourful market.

Day 5
Temozón / Uayamon
This morning you'll visit the Uxmal archaeological site, famed for its delicate architecture and fine masonry. Here you'll visit the Fortuneteller’s Temple, Nun’s Quadrangle, Ball Court, House of the Tortoises and Governor’s Palace before continuing to Uayamon.

Day 6
Uayamon / Mérida
You'll start early this morning, with a visit to the Mayan city of Edzna, before continuing to Campeche, the oldest city in the Yucatán Peninsula, founded in 1540. Here you'll have a chance to admire the beautiful pastel-coloured colonial buildings of the city centre before continuing to Mérida, the "White City". Here you'll tour the city's main monuments, including the Cathedral, the Government Palace, the Municipal Palace and the home of Francisco Montejo, founder of the city.

Day 7
Mérida / Cancun or Riviera Maya
This morning you'll visit the archaeological site at Chichén Itzá, Mayan capital of Yucatán between the fifth and 10th centuries AD. Here you'll be able to admire the impressive buildings including the Kukulcán Temple, Ball Game, Observatory, Warrior’s Temple, Convent of the Nuns and Sacred Cenote. In the early afternoon, your tour comes to an end as your transfer to Cancun’s international airport or to Riviera Maya for your beach hotel stay
