Jay Thompson knocked it out of the park. Best vacation I have had in years. He made it so easy for me that the most difficult part was remembering to bring my passport.
Knowledge around US connections would show that passport check is always long so more time for connections should be suggested
Stevie and Jim were great in sorting our lovely holiday.
Flight and accommodation was fine, however the beach and sea was full of sargassum which smelt like rotten eggs

The hotel was amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly and could not do anough for you. The hotel and surrounding areas were well kept and very clean. Would definitely recomend this hotel and would love to go back there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was BA. But overall an excellent time had.
