Jamie, Megan and Josh were all extremely helpful during the booking process. Then when BA cancelled our outward flight less than 12 hours before take off, Jamie and Pauline (who was on night duty) both helped us enormously to get individual seats on other BA flights, so that we were only 10 hours late reaching Boston, rather than 48 hours late as BA originally offered. Jamie also helped us change ground arrangements to minimise our delay once we finally reached Boston. Many thanks for all your assistance
