We found the South Lounge at LHR to be unpleasantly crowded. This crowding extended to the gate, and was made worse by BA's incomprehensible booking groups system. The boarding experience was confusing and unpleasant. The food menu on the return flight did not reflect the food actually on offer, and by the time they got to our row (Row 11), they had run out of my wife's preferred choice. If BA is to offer a Club Europe service, they need to do it properly.
