We stayed in the Hotel Sofia. I would not recommend it, at best 2 stars. It is a tired, old decrepit hotel with lots of work needed. The staff were all friendly and good, so that made some amends.

Terminal 5 at Heathrow is in chaos. No facilities for First Class or Business Class to book luggage in. Queues for everything. Totally unacceptable if one has paid so much for a ticket. BA seem to have lost the plot.
