Everything worked perfectly - your representatives in India, Tamarind Global were outstanding. They looked after us extremely well, "held our hand" at every airport, hotel, railway station and ensured we found the right platform, train seat and guided us through airport customs and security!
Worth warning customers that Virgin is not what it was. The configuration and design of my seat was insane, the communal area at the back of the Upper Class section is no longer a festival of treats, instead drab and dull, offering only the likes of crisps and unripe pears. This is not to deny that Virgin was still best choice for my particular trip.
Wonderful organisation - efficient and very helpful. We mostly deal with Jenson who is superb but in his absence the other staff are also extremely helpful.

Yet again I am so glad that I chose DialAFlight. The situation in Kerala was fraught as anyone travelling home via Middle East were faced with flight cancellations due to the war with Iran. I was one of the only people who had a travel agent to actually talk with and I took the amended flight I was offered.
