We stayed at Alexander Villas on Santorini. The experience was excellent - great service, charming place - but it is worth mentioning that the loft bedrooms in the standard rooms are up a really steep ladder. Not a problem for us but if you have elderly clients they might need warning about that!

For my recent trip to Santorini, with hindsight I wouldn't have taken the room upgrade to a junior suite. It meant we had a jacuzzi that was indoors in the corner of the room with no view!
