Unfortunately Turkish Airlines did not manage to deliver our luggage at Denpasar for 36 hours. The first two days of the holiday were spoilt as a result of having no clothing. Am currently claiming from the airline.

Another great trip organised by Jim. Our hotel in Siem Reap was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The staff and service were nothing short of amazing from check-in to check-out.

I use your company whenever I go away. I don’t even bother trying to compare and I always speak to either Marco or Joey and they haven’t failed me yet. To get an email the day before I was due to arrive back in the UK letting me know that there was no Heathrow Express or Elizabeth line back into London was such a nice touch. It was appreciated and allowed me to make alternative arrangements. Little things like that matter
