Some of the flights didn’t have our Executive Club numbers for some reason even though we submitted them. Otherwise all fine.
Nothing to do with your service but our return flight was cancelled by BA on day of return. We managed to rearrange flight via Fort Worth, Texas to arrive back in time for booked bus and train journeys in England! Great time in Seattle and NW Washington.
Once again my husband Colin and I would like to thank Nicole for the excellent service she provided for us during our recent trip to the USA.

Everything went as planned
Our trip was excellent, thank you for arranging everything for us. We would have found it difficult making sure everything went to plan. The only part that went wrong was the hotel we had booked ourselves as there were two places called Leavenworth with hotels with the same name. We booked the one in Kansas instead of Washington State. We should have left that part to you.
Since starting my travelling adventures 20 yrs ago I have always used DialAFlight. I really like being able to talk through plans and ask questions. I have always found staff really friendly and accommodating. This time was no exception. With help from Niall we had smooth travels allowing us to enjoy our holiday.
