The Aer Lingus Lounge in Chicago was unacceptable. There were no windows, no toilets /washrooms and the place stank of aircraft fuel coming through the a/c. It was the only blot on the trip.

Need to inform people that if they have an internal flight in the USA that their bags are not included and need to be paid for at the airport. Avis car hire - first car was poor but service was good. Second car was excellent but service was very slow. Took us an hour and a half to get the car because of the long queue
