The level of customer service was excellent throughout the rebooking of my NYC trip during the pandemic. My only additional feedback is to make yourselves aware that the breakfast provided at the hotel was very poor and after the first morning we ate elsewhere.

Brilliant trip to New York. Tell Isla I ran the marathon in 3:24 not my fastest but it was really warm on the day and the heavy weather really took its toll in the final 10 miles. We had a fantastic holiday and the hotel was brilliant.

Reasonably good communication throughout, flights were good and hotel location was excellent although the hotel itself was in need of a major facelift.

Only negative - I was seated at the back of the plane on every flight so I need to be careful when agreeing to seat choice. Oh - and the food on AA out of Heathrow was the worst I've ever had on any flight anywhere.
