Wonderful service. Boris and Corinne were magnificent. We had a crisis in New York and Corinne was calm, very helpful and saved the day. We already recommend DialAFlight but will do so in future even more enthusiastically

Hotel was OK but breakfast was basic and housekeeping only available every 5 days.
Overall a great deal, helpful staff and generally positive experience. I would mention that updating the app would be helpful, as we had to chase this a few times. Also some information about lounges would be great - we had business/first class tickets and had to pay for a lounge on one of our flights which was a bit annoying.

Guy is absolutely fantastic always but particularly since we have had to cancel / reschedule so much during Covid. He has been super supportive, reassuring and helpful throughout. Can’t recommend him enough. Have also referred various friends to him. Avis at multiple locations were disappointing. Thankful that we haven’t hired via them for our next trip though!

We had to change our flight back home because of the covid19 situation. I phoned the emergency number and a very nice young man named Shane sorted out our change of flights. So glad I booked with DialAFlight.

As always, DialAFlight organised a fantastic holiday for us! Thanks esp to Stacey who is always so helpful. This really was the holiday of a lifetime and everything was brilliant.
Stan looked after us extremely well. Excellent holiday on our two island stay in Hawaii. Maui very calm and relaxing -maybe we should have hired a car to see more of the beautiful scenery. We didn't because hotel facilities made us lazy. Excellent clear sea in Maui ideal for snorkelling although currents can be dangerous. Waikiki beach, Honolulu is far more active and the usual hustle bustle of a tourist trap holiday is experienced. In Waikiki there is a tourist charge of $31 plus tax a night which seems to be a hidden way of charging for their facilities.
