We’ve “shopped” with you for years and never doubted your professionalism, commitment to your customers and your very competitive prices. However, when we recently had to abort our travelling and get home, from the USA, you came into your own. Sean was wonderful and got us new flights in minutes. It made a very stressful time much more bearable and manageable. This was whilst a friend was simultaneously trying to get information and change her flights with on online provider. She was on the phone for 5 hours!

After finding out twice that our flights were cancelled and offered a flight home by Delta and an unsuitable alternative we contacted your emergency department. They could not have been more helpful in sorting out an alternative flight. As usual DialAFlight have been excellent. Due to the Covid 19, our return flight from Tampa was cancelled and BA referred us to you. Thank goodness they did as Nick was absolutely outstanding in getting us on connecting flights from Tampa to Miami and then on to Heathrow. Absolutely first class customer care and when the crisis is over we will use nobody but yourselves for future trips.

Teddy is a star. We had many difficulties whilst in US for a cruise/trip. These were dealt with calmly and sensibly.
Great service in unprecedented times. As soon as Samuel was given the go ahead by the airline, he had us booked on flights home very quickly.
In spite of the circumstances Samuel did everything he could to get us home having had our first flight he rearranged cancelled just hours after we had booked. Hopefully he will be able to bring the rest of our party home. He is a credit to your company.

Many thanks to Manny who arranged for us to fly home early. He was very quick and efficient and was able to confirm our new flights far quicker than Virgin Holidays and other companies. We gave his details to other people that were in a similar position
Stan was a great help with getting return flights back from Florida when Virgin cancelled the original flight and subsequent flights. Virgin themselves were less than impressive - if it wasn’t for Stan we would still be stranded over there
