Karina on your emergency line did a splendid job arranging the best alternative from Heathrow to Denver when BA cancelled at very short notice. This enabled me to reach Denver on time when all BA had done was rebook me the following day which was not acceptable.
American Airlines was disappointing. My flight was delayed by an hour and I missed a connecting flight. I was able to find a solution but their staff were rude and unhelpful. Delta were great and so was United.
