In very stressful and difficult circumstances I was able to speak to someone who could help when I needed it, and multiple times. I am now back home (many aren’t as fortunate), and I don’t think I would have been had I booked my flight direct through the airline. Isaac went above and beyond - he is efficient, communicative, competent, sympathetic and kind.
