I only just got to the gate in time. My fault for booking so close together, should have allowed extra time - for drink/shopping before connecting flight
All went well apart from the last flight from Phoenix to Heathrow. The seats that you had prebooked for us had been changed. I complained to the cabin crew and after some time we were given seats with extra legroom

Suggestion to transfer from BA to AA was absolutely correct and much improved. Always value DialAFlight and Luke's advice.

Not your fault - first flight delayed 6 hours and poor help given at the airport. Following flights were changed not always to my satisfaction

Emma and her colleagues were so helpful planning our holiday - nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble and call backs were always prompt. My husband and I felt reassured that, should we need their help at any time while we were away, there would be somebody knowledgeable we could contact. Alamo Car Hire were also great and the Skip The Counter option worked very well.
