I always feel completely looked after when I book with DialAFlight. Jim was helpful and efficient and always responded quickly to any queries. His colleague Todd helped arrange wheelchair assistance for me at the airport, which was very helpful because I'd recently injured my foot. I feel I can always depend on them whenever I need to book a flight, and I so much prefer talking to and dealing with a friendly, courteous human being than doing things online!

We'd prefer not to fly American Airlines again as the food was dreadful! Your part in it all can't be faulted though.
