Normal fantastic service
Transfer times were quite tight - had a delay at Wellington coming home so my suitcase didn't make the connection. Apart from that everything else was excellent.

My flight to Singapore was cancelled due to technical problems. Route schedule was changed and took extra day to reach Wellington.
Overall a great service. The only disappointment was that Emirates Premium Economy clients are not allowed access to the lounges
Flights , contact from Wayne throughout and info all good. Just a note, they would not allow hold baggage to be checked all the way through to London from Napier. I had to collect baggage in Auckland and re check in. There’s zero security in Napier airport and no baggage screening process which is incredible - perhaps this is why!

DialAFlight is by far the best company I have ever used. Staff are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. I needed to email twice during our holiday and someone got back to me almost immediately. I appreciated the prompting and information regarding online check-in and luggage. The cherry on the top was the personal call to confirm all was in order for my trip.
My flights were all fine and I checked my luggage in at Heathrow and didn’t see it again until I reached Queenstown despite taking three flights to get there.
