Whenever he’s unavailable I have received exceptional service from whoever dealt with me. It is a great tribute to the culture in your company! In addition, every time I phone I never have to wait for more than a few seconds to be answered. In my experience this is unique and deserving of the highest praise.

Thank you for the advice on trying to get our Qatar Ehteraz app to change green. It turned after 7 days which left us 6 days to go out and about. I was very concerned that we wouldn't be able to enter the airport to return home and Ehteraz made an announcement that they wouldn't be responsible if people couldn't get on their flights. Just thought you should be aware there is a problem at the moment.
Just one thing, we didn’t receive an airline reference number before our flight from Doha to Muscat. This became a bit of a worry when checking in at Doha.
The service was great but due to covid, admittedly I must've underestimated how strict the restrictions were at Qatar.
We always feel really confident and reassured when we use DialAFlight. We appreciate the last minute phone call to check we’re happy and have everything we need for our journey. We are so impressed and grateful for the individual attention we get from our ‘own’ representative, who knows our plans, has our travel history and requirements to hand and understands our needs. Daniel is a legend. I can honestly say that I felt so reassured from beginning to end just knowing that if anything went wrong that Daniel would be at the end of an email to support me.
