I had a surprise on my return flight when a gentleman asked to change places with me so that he could sit with his wife. His travel agent had messed things up and put him in Business Class with his wife in Economy! Nice swap!
Travelling for 4 weeks in South America with 2 small boys under 8... What could possibly go wrong? When you book with DialAFlight the answer is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I liked the check-up call before our flights and how personal the service was.
If visiting Lima then I would advise any passengers to stay in Miraflores or another town outside of the city. Traffic was horrific. A thirty minute transfer to hotel took nearly three hours. It was also very threatening and unsafe in the city centre, along with friends being 'mugged' in their taxi from the airport! . Our stay in Costa Rica was incredible. Thanks again Dennis. Great job!

This is the second time I have used DialAFlight - they are exemplary! First time I flew to Australia and had a huge delay (airline's fault) and was virtually abandoned by the airline with 12 hour delay in Dubai after a 5 hour delay in Adelaide. No sleep, no hotel available at the airport. In desperation I called DialAFlight who sorted me out a hotel and advised me - I was NOT alone. This time my trip was perfect but was made all the better by Brodie whose care and interest were exceptional - it could not have been any better - he found cheap upgrades on the way over, sorted out dietary requirements, a great hotel at half the cost of my fellow travellers. I don't know how they do it. DialAFlight- you OWN customer service!
