This is the second time I have used DialAFlight - they are exemplary! First time I flew to Australia and had a huge delay (airline's fault) and was virtually abandoned by the airline with 12 hour delay in Dubai after a 5 hour delay in Adelaide. No sleep, no hotel available at the airport. In desperation I called DialAFlight who sorted me out a hotel and advised me - I was NOT alone. This time my trip was perfect but was made all the better by Brodie whose care and interest were exceptional - it could not have been any better - he found cheap upgrades on the way over, sorted out dietary requirements, a great hotel at half the cost of my fellow travellers. I don't know how they do it. DialAFlight- you OWN customer service!
Despite the disruption caused by the storm in Amsterdam at the beginning of my holiday you managed to rearrange everything and it all went like clockwork after that. Had a great time, thanks for your assistance.
