Flight delay on connection so nearly missed main flight back. Probably needed to start connecting flight earlier. Not your fault, but things in South America don’t move very quickly.

Good flights and free hotel stay came in very useful
I suggest in future you do not recommend transfer via Miami if there is an alternative. Luckily our first flight was 30 mins early which gave us 2.5 hrs to get through passport control (including jumping the queue). We made our connection with only 5 mins to spare and had our duty free confiscated.

Lawrence is by far the best agent I’ve ever had and would recommend him to anyone I know in a heartbeat. Was extremely polite and professional from the start and when I fell sick a day before I was supposed to fly back he reorganised my flight for what I consider a very reasonable price and took control of the situation at my time of need.
