I would have preferred a stopover hotel at Santiago which was nearer to the airport, but this wasn’t a major problem with the free shuttle service that was provided.

Really helpful service - friendly and easy to work with. I’ve really enjoyed our holiday. Only thing that could be improved is the checking in with South American flights as the reservation code did not populate, so the ability to copy and paste this would have been a tweak that would helped.
