We both found (especially as one of us is 6'3" tall) that the Club cabin in the outgoing flight was much roomier and more comfortable than the incoming flight.

Very grateful for negotiation with BA re our ‘open jaw’ business class flights to Santiago with a return from Rio. Fellow travellers paid double the price we paid so we recommended DialAFlight. Which I do often!

BA left our cases in Heathrow on our return flight to Manchester. They took 3 days to be returned. Otherwise everything went well

All went well except the car hire at Santiago. Alamo have no presence at the airport, there was no answer from the phone number we'd been given and it took 3 calls to DialAFlight in England before we were able to be taken to the depot. Apart from this everything worked well especially the Las Majadas hotel and we are very grateful to Micky for arranging it all.

We were very pleased that Cody recommended taking 3 premium economy flights with Latam, as it was well worth paying the small extra price, especially when we had access to the international Latam lounge in Santiago airport

Thank goodness for the 24/7 helpline. On a bank holiday Monday we had to reschedule our flights home. Out of ten other people doing the same our new flights were sorted in the hour. Others could not even get to speak to their agents! Imagine the stress when this situation occurs.

I wouldn't use anyone else to book our holiday/flights. From luxury holidays to daughter's gap year flights. Joe Orton sorted everything. He found us an upgrade to First Class and the BA service to Santiago was very impressive and was definitely worth doing as it's a 15 hour flight. But we flew back from Buenos Aires and the BA business class was very disappointing, as was the food. Very poor.
