Very responsive. My only suggestion would be to allow the Belmond Hotel das Cataratas to organise the transport for guests leaving the hotel as they were very effective. Everything else went very smoothly.

I would have preferred a stopover hotel at Santiago which was nearer to the airport, but this wasn’t a major problem with the free shuttle service that was provided.

We both found (especially as one of us is 6'3" tall) that the Club cabin in the outgoing flight was much roomier and more comfortable than the incoming flight.
