I was going through a different agent who messed me around. I spent the weekend trying to arrange something with them having been told it was confirmed and then they told me they couldn’t secure the seat and I’d have to pay a different price. I called Bradley at DialAFlight on the Monday and within 15 minutes he managed to resolve my issue. The 8 hr wait in São Paulo for connecting flight was exhausting as couldn’t book our luggage in until 4 hrs before flight. Had been told at Edinburgh that our suitcases would go straight through to Illeus, but on flight were told we had to pick up and go through customs! Apart from that all went well
