We had to rearrange our return due to an accident which was done by Karina in Australia very efficiently. But when we got to the airport there were additional costs for the wheelchair assistance - luckily I had the money but not impressed with Etihad
Maybe warn your clients that’s it’s illegal to vape in India and all your batteries and atomisers will be taken from you at security. I lost £80 of batteries.
