Thanks for all your help when I was returning from North Goa after being stranded for 3 wks. Tony was so helpful and arrranged a hotel overnight and a flight for a lot less than people were paying to travel back. Really helpful team who get things sorted out really professionally

A bit of misinformation meant I nearly lost my luggage. Connection at Mumbai between Air India and Air India Express you have to collect your suitcase and take it to bag drop yourself. All in all arriving in Mumbai was overwhelming and stressful.

These Qatar flights included a A320 flight from Doha to Goa which was maybe the most uncomfortable flight we have ever experienced. I think this would stop us from using Qatar again

Our flight was suddenly cancelled at 11:30pm at night and the after hours support was outstanding. They rebooked us and dealt with all hotel and transfer communications.
