We were totally satisfied with the arrangements made by Monika and Tamarind Global and as a result we had a marvellous and memorable experience. The comfort and food on British Airways was poor and put to shame by the performance of the internal airlines.

If seats could be reserved during booking for both outward and return flights, that would be really helpful, otherwise we are obliged to accept whatever is available during check in
The flights to and from were not good. In flight entertainment not working throughout. I did raise this with Air India flight attendant. I was advised to contact their customer service team via their website.

I checked in online via Air India for the BA return flight and selected seats. I also paid for seat selection on the leg to Mumbai. When we arrived at Mumbai we found our adjacent seats (aisle and middle) had been replaced with two middle seats in different rows. Not your problem but was it AI or BA who made the change I wonder...?
