It is particularly nice to be able to speak to a live person right from the start without tedious menus. Much simpler than checking all the airlines, times, prices, yourself.

Fantastic Arctic trip. Only drawback was the timing of the alpine train from Kiruna to Narvik as it was all in the dark.

Sadly Norwegian were not good because they had overbooked the flight - which should be illegal! It meant I returned home nearly 36 hours late missing an important meeting.

There was a short layover in Zurich on my outbound flight and due to severe weather we were delayed taking off from London. I made the connection running through the airport. My checked luggage did not make the connecting flight but was delivered to my brother's house 30 hours after I landed.
