Simon and the team were so helpful,when we got stranded in Barcelona due to a protest. They kept me updated with information and even tried to find alternative flights home.
I have never used an internet travel company before my good lady and daughter went to Barcelona. Stafford our travel manager was absolutely fantastic from initial contact and throughout. We had an issue with an airport strike and I was able to contact Stafford (out of hours) he then took over and organised an early transfer putting any concerns to rest. I will be speaking to Stafford for the next trip.
