Monarch had ceased trading, we called on Monday 2/10/17, spoke to a real person, name of Trevor, could not have been more helpful, got us flights for the following day, would certainly use your company from now on.
Easyjet flight service was poor. Denied travel because it was overbooked from Almeria. Got to Madrid via Iberia and then told again Easyjet overbooked. I insisted on passage and eventually got a seat on a flight that was 'overbooked'. Will not use that airline again!
