We were badly let down by Cathay Pacific on our homeward trip, with a delay of 36 hours. There were no Cathay ground staff at Auckland airport to assist when our plane was cancelled on the tarmac.

Finley, Marco and the team were all so helpful during the planning and organising of our honeymoon. The emergency contact team were also very pleasant and friendly when we had to make some adjustments due to adverse weather! Seating arrangements could be better, particularly the Singapore - Heathrow flight, as there were several empty seats, and we needed more legroom. Singapore Airways food was poor.
