York House Hotel is four star characterful (16th century convent) and comfortable.
We have had great service and help from the team in particular Mike. He arranged a flight back home very quickly when our scheduled flight was cancelled.

Always top class service
We had difficulties checking in with EasyJet’s website and didn’t know that we had speedy status. We therefore had a long wait to check in normally. Would it be possible to put on the flight details the status of the booking? Otherwise a great trip - everything was first rate.
It was good going out and normal coming home. The wheelchair people were on time so thank you all for your help

We had a problem with our return flight. 49 passengers were unable to fly as EasyJet used a smaller plane. We were able to call you to assist us and we were able to return home the same day, many of the 49 had to fly back on Sunday or Monday morning. Thanks for your prompt assistance.
