I missed a text to remind me to check in for my return though your app did take me through to BA. Sadly they were very late in opening for check in and as we were out to dinner I missed being able to change my seat.
Great to have one point of contact.
Extra helpful with hotel booking
Just, a truly good service
BA are now using Avion staff to crew their shorthaul routes. However they do not match the BA staff quality. Yes they are friendly and helpful and obviously trained but disorganised.
Everything fine as usual.

Stayed at Dom Pedro Marina hotel Villamoura for few days - my choice - but hotel rooms are small and very dated wouldn’t stay there again. Ashanti villas are outstanding in terms of accommodation standard and excellent cleaning support/cleaning services
