I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.
I was recommended to DialAFlight by a colleague and have used them ever since. If you want what is verging on a private concierge travel service then no need to look further.
After trawling through no end of websites and visiting a High Street travel agent I came across DialAFlight only to realise that I could have saved myself so much time and effort.

The service from Dial A Flight was excellent. The hotel was situated perfectly, however the star rating of the hotel we went to (Melia in Petrovac) was 5*. The hotel itself was very nice, as was the room, but it was understaffed and there were a few issues which didn't scream 5 stars. For example the restaurant was by the pool, and every morning there would be glasses around the pool from the night before and weren't collected until lunch time. Also parking was €10 per day which i've never experienced from a hotel before, so another €100 for the time we were there.

Located in Montenegro's Boka Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Adriatic Sea, Mamula Island is a carefully restored 19th century fort. Encircled by sea and sky, with far-reaching views and wild scenery, the hotel has 32 rooms, a spa, a beach, 3 pools, 3 restaurants and 4 bars. The mainland is just a short boat ride away so you can still explore Montenegro's beautiful scenery and coastline, on land or by sea.
Why you should book
Mamula Island Hotel is an exclusive retreat on Montenegro’s Boka Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Adriatic Sea. Set within a meticulously restored 19th-century fort, this one-of-a-kind escape has breathtaking views and a private beach, as well as a luxurious spa and three tempting pools.

There are 32 rooms and suites, all of them bright and modern, and filled with natural light from their floor-to-ceiling windows. Each has a balcony, and amenities including air-conditioning and safe.
Activities
Mamula Island Hotel makes a perfect base from which to explore Montenegro. You could visit the charming town of Perast (and its two islands, Our Lady of the Rocks and Saint George), and the UNESCO-protected old town of Kotor, or hop on a speedboat for a private tour of Boka Bay. Nature-lovers should head for the vibrant sanctuary of Lake Skadar, or enjoy a walk through Lovcen National Park, towards the Mausoleum of Njegoš. Back at the hotel, you can enjoy a workout in the gym or yoga on the sun deck.
