Luke’s personal attention to the detail of our trip was outstanding and his recommendations for hotels and car hire were excellent

Jerry always goes above and beyond. Bookings are always effective and he is always ready to help if there is a hiccup like a delayed flight.

Very easy to deal with - just three rings. But importantly you don’t have to explain yourself if a different person answers the phone. First class - recommended you to my sister-in-law who has a holiday in Cyprus booked through Thomas Cook!

One hotel in particular was outstanding - the Excelsior Parco in Capri. Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Great room, great views and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
