I have told all my family members about the excellent service that Saf provides. Since the passing of my husband Saf takes it upon himself to make sure that all my flight details are what I want and that makes me feel very comfortable.
The hotel in Trani was very nice and friendly, however the advertised roof sun deck was closed for refurbishment, which was a shame. Neither did it have a restaurant or a bar for guests to relax in. Not exactly 4 star rating. It would have been nice to know that because we may have requested a different hotel. Otherwise we really enjoyed Trani the town.

Libby is great at her job. Nothing is too much trouble and she, as usual, got me there and back with the minimum of fuss! She helped me with the new paperwork that I need to do as well. A gold star and a huge thank you from me!
Avis car hire was a shambles. They didn’t have a car ready for us on time; when they did find one it had 70,000 kms on the clock and was battered and badly scratched, no washer liquid. Not a good start to our Puglia trip. The hotel in Bari was very good.
Roray always gives us excellent service and we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.
