We had a great trip to Iceland. Hotel centrally located, but we did stipulate strongly that we wanted three beds (not a camp bed) - we got a camp bed! The guide left us behind in the national park, the coach pulled away without us! Three old ladies left in the middle of nowhere. We did retrieve the situation and caught up with the original coach.

We had the impression that Torfhus lodgings all had cooking facilities but when we arrived we found that only the 2 bedroom units had that so we had to eat either in the Torfhus restaurant or go out for dinner.
